Returns

ClayGirl Bunny is a business based off imperfection, where everything is hand made, hand built, and handled with love every step of the way. Please keep in mind that each of my pieces are one of a kind and not created to be flawless. My work embraces the perfectly imperfect because well, it's clay! That's the best part!

All sales are final and I do not take returns or exchanges. However ceramic pieces are fragile beings and such is life and if your piece arrives damaged please email me within two days of receiving the package and we can go from there. No promises but I will do my best to make every situation turn out the best I can.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped out 3-5 business days after the order has been received and I will follow up by an email with a tracking number. I package all my pieces in recycled packaging and if you order more than one piece I will do my best to package them together.

If anything is received broken due to shipping please contact me below. I will do my best to assess the situation and work something out. I’m a new business getting the kinks out so bare with me! 

International shipping will be determined by October 2023.

Wholesale

I do at times take wholesale orders, feel free to shoot me an email and we can work something out :)
